"My relationship with Chad was on and off since I first inquired about his powder coating services back in February of 2003, after seeing them on eBay. I was immediately interested, but had been pulled away from the computer so many times that I wouldn't be surprised if I was his most inconsistent customer ever! I finally got in touch with him in June to order faceplates for my V60i - the teal version, which Chad was right about - it looks MUCH better in person than in any of his pictures. Courteous, polite, reliable, consistent, and cheery... they all describe the service and communication I received while in e-mail with Chad, and even Chad himself. He Extended himself as far as to send reminder e-mails when he had not heard from me in a while and came to know me on a much more personal level than when we first started.

When I finally received my faceplates in early July, I was blown aback by their flawless appearance. My bezel (the front portion of the phone that covers the outer display) was scratched, and he replaced it for a small fee of $5.00. It was beautiful and I told him so IMMEDIATELY! I'm sure that he takes an extreme amount of pride in his work, as he should, because the finished product is definitely something to be proud of. Kudos to you, Chad, and to any potential customers - a working relationship with Mr. Martini is really something precious, let alone a more personal one. You'll be extremely pleased with whatever you order."

"Hey, I just had to let you know, she ABSOLUTELY LOVES her new faceplate! You should have seen the look on her face. I wish I could have had a camera there! As it stands, we had a discussion about her phone, and she likes the Extended version. While she loves the sleekness of the Slim version, she said the difference in size is so minimal, that the added battery life is more important. However, if she should ever decide to go to the Slim version, or alternate depending on where she's taking the phone, etc., rest assured she knows where to go for another amazing faceplate! I was scoping out your feedbacks, and auctions, and I am glad to see you're selling those things pretty well! Have the Chrome Plated ones come in yet? I am really curious to know how those babies look. It's disappointing that I'll never (probably) be able to take advantage of your awesome faceplates, but trust me when I say the reaction that Pink Faceplate got out of her was nothing short of amazing! I don't know how many of her friends use that type of phone, but trust me, if I ever see anyone with one, I shall certainly lead them to your site! Thanks again!"

"Sorry it took so long to reply, I was out of town. Anyway the faceplates look great! I really love the Silver Vein one it's just awesome. Everyone loves it. The Gold one looks great too, but I'm not quite sure if I like it as much as the Silver. May sell it to my roommate and get a red one instead, but I still can't decide right now. Anyway thanks for doing those for me, and I'll definitely keep you in mind if I want to buy more faceplates."

"I wanted to send you an e-mail and let you know that I received the cover today. To say I'm pleased is an understatement! The cover is BEAUTIFUL. What a work of art. Thank you so much for making something so utilitarian, totally fun to have. It was delivered at my work, and my client was so impressed she took your e-mail address, and should be getting in contact with you . She has one of those little nokia's that has a metal cover, hopefully you can "hook her up" with a new classic. Just as a note, the cover does not fit the big battery I bought, but I'm not upset in the slightest. I will gladly buy a new regular Extended battery, and keep that one for when I have to travel or something like that.

I am a fellow artist, I do stained glass, wood working, and have a low rider show truck, and a restored 89 RX-7 sports car, I truly enjoy beautiful things. I should mention that my wife is as beautiful a woman as you'll ever see. I am thrilled to add your cover to my COLLECTION of beautiful things.
