"Chad, you are awesome. That's the only word I can use. I bought my Motorola V635 last week, one of the first to be released in Great Britain, and sent you the original OEM Silver faceplates from the phone all the way from Britain to the USA by FedEx, with a request that you Powder Coat them as soon as possible as I couldn't use the phone without any faceplates. Motorola has not yet released replacement faceplates for it, so it was impossible to get any more. Not only did you Powder Coat them in Pearl White for me within 24 hours of receipt, but you also sent them back to me by FedEx so that I could have them on my phone in the shortest possible time. All the way along the line your communication and advice has been first class and so helpful. My Motorola V635 now looks so chic and beautiful, a really classy phone, with the Pearl White faceplates and a Pearl White stubby antenna. So much better than the original drab silver-grey faceplates supplied by Motorola. I am really proud to say that I am at this moment possibly the only person in the world who has a Pearl White Motorola V635! The phone looks stunning. "This was one of the first times Chad had taken an iPod Mini apart. I wasn't nervous at all, as I had seen his pro work on the Motorola V3. Sent him my iPod Mini, and I had plenty of confirmation when he got it. He is also on AIM most of the time, so it was easy to get a hold of him. He sent me pictures when it was done, and about 4 days later I had it. This iPod Mini looks so sweet. Its nice having the only iPod Mini that is this color! Its better than I expected!
