"Chad was great to work with, always answered his phone, (not common for dot-commers) and delivered a product much nicer than I expected in a realistic amount of time. (he even managed to get married sometime during all this.) My first order was Black Wrinkle. (my favorite) with a matching Stubby Ball Antenna. His Custom work is superb. I, upon receipt of my new faceplates, immediately sent Chad another order for Silver Vein and a matching Thumbtack Antenna, and sent him semi-custom stainless steel butterfly knife handles by Benchmade for a Black Wrinkle coating to match my phone as well. IT KICKS BUTT! Better than you said it would be Chad. Reassembly of the knife took very little tweaking and the coating looks, feels, and seems to wear TOUGH AS NAILS! "Faceplates look AWESOME on my phone! The mirror black matches the bezel perfectly and accents the chrome pieces on the phone. Chad was great in keeping me updated on the progress of the faceplates. It did take a little longer than I thought it would but since he did have a wedding and everything I understand 100% and he was very honest and kept me up to date on what was going on. I am about to contact him about new faceplates for my V3 as well."

"These had to be the best thing I've ever spent money on. Especially being in high school, I earned a lot of "street credit" so to speak. The Brushed Aluminum faceplate is outstanding. I really couldn't believe it when I first got it. It's one of those things that you take out from time to time just to move it around in the light and look at... oh yes, and the Chrome faceplate is most definitely one of a kind. Everyone will be impressed with you! To anyone wondering if they want to buy one or not, I'd say go for it 100%. I honestly could no be more satisfied! Great job guys! Thanks a million!"
