A: We ship via USPS Priority Mail for orders within the USA, and via USPS Air Mail, for orders outside the USA.
If you live within the USA, you will receive an email with the Delivery Confirmation number, so that you can confirm that we have shipped out your order. Then when you receive your order, we can confirm the exact date and time that it was delivered to you, if necessary.
If you live outside of the USA, you will receive an email with the customs number. This number is not trackable in any way. It is just a number that you can reference the package to if you have to.
