Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Yes. We will ship to anywhere in the world.

Q: How much does Shipping cost?

A: Shipping charges are a flat rate of $5.00 USD per order, to anywhere in the world, no matter how much you buy.

Q: What type of tracking is provided with my order?

A: We ship via USPS Priority Mail for orders within the USA, and via USPS Air Mail, for orders outside the USA.

If you live within the USA, you will receive an email with the Delivery Confirmation number, so that you can confirm that we have shipped out your order. Then when you receive your order, we can confirm the exact date and time that it was delivered to you, if necessary.

If you live outside of the USA, you will receive an email with the customs number. This number is not trackable in any way. It is just a number that you can reference the package to if you have to.

Q: What is Powder Coating?

A: Powder Coating is its own true art, within itself. It is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a metal object. The end result is a uniform, durable, high-quality, and attractive finish. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated.

It is an electrostatic process that involves using electricity, and carefully baking the faceplates in an oven at very high, controlled temperatures, for a certain amount of time, to cure the powder. It has an EXTREMELY DURABLE finish, and it will not chip or peel, nor will it rub off or fade. It is very hardcore, and will last you for years to come.

Q: Why does it say "Image Coming Soon!" for a lot of the colors?

A: It says "Image Coming Soon!" for a lot of colors for the Nextel i860 because we have just Powder Coated many new colors and have not yet had time to take the pictures yet.
